Questions people actually ask
- What does a credit buy?
- One post: a carousel with its slides, the caption, the hashtags and a Reel script. Changing the photo afterwards is free, and every post comes with one rewrite at no cost. Both versions are kept and you pick which one is the real one.
- Do unused credits carry over?
- The ones that come with your plan do not. They refill on the same day each month, the day you subscribed, and what you did not spend goes. Credits from a top-up pack are different: you bought those, so they stay until you use them.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. One property, three credits a month, and every image it makes carries a small vaylla.co mark in the corner. It is enough to put a real post next to your own listing and decide from that rather than from a demo. Nothing expires and no card is asked for.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nothing you have made goes anywhere and nothing is charged without asking. You wait for your credits to refill, or move up a plan. On a paid plan you can also buy a pack of twenty that never expires.
- Can I add more properties than my plan covers?
- No. The property ceiling is hard, not a nudge. Thirty doors on Studio means thirty. Move down a plan and nothing is deleted, but you pick which properties stay active before the app opens again.
- Am I tied in?
- No. Cancel from your billing page and a monthly plan stops at the end of the month you are in. A year paid up front runs to its end date. After that you are on the free plan rather than shut out: your properties and everything written for them stay where they are, and you pick which one property stays active.
- Does Vaylla post to Instagram for me?
- Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. One tap hands the slides to Instagram with the caption already copied, so what is left is a paste and a tap. Posting on your behalf needs approval from Instagram and TikTok, which takes weeks and can be refused, so we will announce it when it is real rather than when we start asking.
