Vaylla

Terms of service

The deal, in the words we would use if you asked. Nothing here is a surprise waiting for the month you try to leave.

Who you are agreeing with

Vaylla is run by Aizz, a French micro-entreprise registered under SIREN 800 443 285, at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris. Reach us at hello@vaylla.co.

Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You need to be 18 and to be acting for a rental you are entitled to market.

Vaylla is sold to businesses. By subscribing you confirm you are acting for the purposes of your trade, and not as a consumer. If you are letting a property privately rather than as a business, this is not the right product for you and we would rather you did not subscribe than find that out later.

What the service is

Vaylla reads a short-term rental listing and writes social content from it: carousel slides, captions, hashtags and Reel scripts, which you can download or hand straight to Instagram. It is a writing tool. What comes out of it is a draft with your name about to go on it.

A free plan opens the product: one property, three credits a month, and a small vaylla.co mark on every image it produces. A paid plan raises both limits and removes the mark.

Your account

One account per person, and the password on it is yours to keep. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you do.

Plans, credits and the property ceiling

  • One credit writes one post: its slides, its caption, its hashtags and its Reel script. Changing the photograph afterwards costs nothing, and each post comes with one free rewrite.
  • Plan credits refill monthly and do not carry over. They land on the day you subscribed and whatever you did not spend that month is gone.
  • Credits from a top-up pack do carry over. You bought those, so they stay until you spend them. They are not refundable in cash.
  • The property ceiling on your plan is a hard limit, not a nudge, and it is enforced in the database. Move down a plan and nothing is deleted, but you choose which properties stay active before the app opens again.

Paying

Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include or exclude tax as stated at checkout. A monthly plan renews every month and an annual one every year, on the day you started, until you cancel.

If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. A subscription that stays unpaid stops, which closes the app; it deletes nothing.

Cancelling, and the first 14 days

Cancel from your billing page at any time. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. An annual one runs to its end date. There are no cancellation fees and nothing you made is deleted.

Fourteen days, whoever you are. The statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract is written for consumers, and French law extends it to a business with fewer than six people buying outside its own field. Sorting out which of those you are is our problem and not yours, so the answer is the same either way: if you have subscribed and spent no credits, write to us within 14 days and we refund you in full.

Once you spend a credit you have asked us to start, and a post that has been written cannot be handed back. Credits already spent are not refunded.

What you put in, and what comes out

Your content stays yours. The listing, the photographs and everything Vaylla writes from them belong to you, and you may use the output commercially with no further permission from us.

You confirm you have the right to use the listing you paste and the photographs in it, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We are not in a position to check that, and it is the one thing only you can know.

We use your content to run the service for you, and for nothing else. We do not train models on it and we do not put it in front of other users.

What the writing is and is not

Posts are written by a language model. It is instructed not to invent facts about your property and it is given nothing but what your listing says, but no model is right every time. Read a post before you publish it. Vaylla is not responsible for a guest arriving to find something the copy claimed and the property does not have.

We do not promise the writing will win you bookings, and nobody honestly can.

Vaylla does not post for you

Vaylla writes and renders posts; it does not publish them. One tap hands the slides over with the caption copied and you post it yourself.

Posting on your behalf needs approval from Instagram and TikTok, which takes weeks and can be refused. We will say so when it works, not while we are asking. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that it will exist by a particular date.

Using it fairly

You agree not to:

  • paste listings for properties you have no right to market, or use anyone else’s photographs;
  • resell Vaylla, or run it as a service for other people from one account;
  • try to get around credits, the property ceiling or the rate limits, whether by the interface or the API behind it;
  • use it to produce anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or intended to mislead a guest.

We may suspend an account doing any of this, and where we can, we will ask first.

Availability

We aim to keep Vaylla up and do not guarantee it. It depends on services we do not run, including the platform your listing sits on, and any of them can be slow or down. There is no service level agreement and no credit for an outage.

The product changes. Features arrive, and occasionally one goes. If we remove something you were relying on, we will tell you before we do it.

What we are liable for

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or anything else French law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue or lost data, and it is worth keeping your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We can end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if an account is breaking the fair use clause above. If we end it without cause we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Ask us to delete your data and we delete it, on the terms set out in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We will email anyone with an account at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. Carrying on using Vaylla after that means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before it starts and we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Law, and what to do if we fall out

French law applies, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. These terms are between businesses; nothing in them is meant to take away a protection the law gives you anyway.

Write to hello@vaylla.co first. Most things end there, and we would rather settle something than win it.
